Juneteenth Concert 2025. Augustine music festival (samf), presents six live performances at the cathedral basilica in june of 2025. And live music, food and vendors will follow at the juneteenth celebration & concert from 11 a.m.
Juneteenth 2025 is on thursday, june 19, commemorating in 1865 the day when union soldiers enforced the emancipation proclamation and freed all the remaining slaves in. The celebration includes a movie and discussion, tours, a gospel choir concert, native american drumming, a dinner, african drumming, and more.
